When you need it
Call us when your lot has years of accumulated brush and small trees around the house, when you need defensible-space (Zone 1 and Zone 2) clearing to meet local guidance, when you're preparing a site for construction, or when downed timber and slash need to be gathered, piled, and hauled. If you can see the fuel from the deck, it's time.
The process
We walk the property with you and mark what stays. Then we clear with the CTL and grapple, gather slash into piles, and haul debris in our dump trailer to the appropriate disposal site. Where the machine can't reach, we hand-cut. We do not remove hazardous trees near power lines — that's a job for a licensed arborist, and we'll say so up front.
Pricing
Land clearing is quoted individually based on acreage, density of brush, slope, and haul distance to disposal. Most residential clearing jobs are quoted as day or multi-day projects. Larger lots and defensible-space projects get an on-site walk before we quote.
